Haycroft provides a magical setting, offering couples both a serene Forest Ceremony location and an elegant indoor chapel. The canapés deck, overlooking the dam, creates a breathtaking atmosphere for guests to enjoy before the reception. The reception venue itself is beautifully designed, with a fully stocked bar conveniently located near the dancefloor. As a Midlands DJ, I provide tailored music for every stage of your wedding day and offer Cold Spark effects to add an unforgettable, dramatic flair to your First Dance, making your celebration at Haycroft truly one-of-a-kind.

Whether your ceremony is in the serene Forest or the charming Chapel, I provide high-quality music and PA setups to ensure every moment is beautifully enhanced. During the canapes on the Deck overlooking the picturesque dam, I set the atmosphere with a lively, upbeat playlist, creating a warm, inviting ambiance for your guests. As the reception begins, I bring the energy with a full DJ sound and lighting setup, complete with LED moving heads to fill the dance floor with dynamic lighting effects. For those looking to add an extra touch of magic, I also offer an optional Cold Spark effect, adding a unique and exciting element to your celebration.

CEREMONY:
Your guests arrival will be welcomed by carefully selected background music, creating an happy and peaceful ambience. The importance of music in every aspect of a wedding, and when it comes to the ceremony itself, you can trust that every song will be perfectly timed and played according to your plan, from the processional to the recessional, and all the special moments in between.

To deliver outstanding sound quality during these memorable moments., I use RCF Speaker Systems, known for their remarkable clarity and performance. Combined with a wireless Shure microphone, ensuring every word and note will be captured with warmth and precision and your ceremony sounds as beautiful as it feels.

CANAPES ON THE DECK:
Pre-drinks at a wedding, often called the "Canapes” or “cocktail hour," is the period between the ceremony and the reception. It typically takes place while the couple is having their post-ceremony photos taken, allowing guests to mingle, enjoy drinks, and unwind before the formal reception begins. I provide a great, compact PA System with a easy listening playlist, perfect for your guests to enjoy whilst you away with yoru Photographer.I also offer the SPIN360 as an additional addon to the DJ package. WEDDING RECEPTION:
I Provide a dedicated PA Sound System for each to ensure a Professional and seamless transition between the three different stages of your Wedding, Ceremony, Canapes and Reception. The Reception features the largest of our Sound and Lighting Systems.
I have a great selection of easy-listening background music for your Wedding Reception which has been curated to elevate as the night progresses.
I provide a Professional, production-class Shure Wireless Microphone on a stand for speeches. I also allow for your Videographer to connect their equipment to ensure crystal-clear audio recording for your Video.
Time to party!!! My extensive repertoire includes everything from the latest hits of 2024 to timeless wedding classics. Leading up to your Wedding, you will also be given the opportunity to give us a list of songs that best describe your music tastes.

Jarryd & KZN Wedding delivered seamlessly at our daughter’s wedding at Haycroft farm with such professionalism and ease, reading the energy of the room, ensuring flow constant happy vibes. From a joyous Photo Booth experience, to timeouts announcements made as needed, canapé music designed for the perfect environment and genuine love shown at the ceremony!
